Open Records Request Form
- Requests should be made to City Hall, Attn: City Clerk
- Copies are $.10 per page.
- Requests must be in writing.
- Requests can be mailed to: City Hall, P.O. Box 116, White, GA 30184, Attn: City Clerk
- Requests can be made in person by seeing the City Clerk between 8-5, Monday through Friday.
- A response will be provided within three days, however providing copies of records can take longer.
- You can pick up your requests at City Hall between 8-5, Monday through Friday.
